My Story
I started my Pilates qualification because I’ve always loved getting into the details of the things I’m passionate about, and Pilates was something I loved doing every week. I was never sure if I would teach, but a part of my qualification requirement was to practice on family. I loved it, they loved it and I thought to myself, I might be good at this. There’s something so special about helping people, being a part of their journey, seeing them become stronger and more mobile, and watching their confidence grow. Every hour spend in the teaching room creates a light in my heart, it makes me feel alive.

In my own personal fitness journey, I found myself drawn to Yoga, and Yin quickly became my favourite class to attend. I loved the slower pace, the stillness, and the chance it gives you to really connect with yourself. I wanted to bring some of that same energy into my mat classes and I looked to complete a Yin Yoga qualification. In my search for the right course, I discovered Reformer Yin. It felt like magic, the perfect blend of my two favourite worlds.

Reformer Yin is truly something special. It lets me help people nourish not just their bodies, but their minds too. I love seeing people take time for themselves, learn more about what their bodies can do, and build that quiet confidence that comes from moving with awareness and care. That’s honestly the best part of being a teacher for me.
