What is ONLINE Reformer by EmilyJPilates?
A subscription service to classic and contemporary reformer pilates classes ONLINE accessed via my Members Only Instagram.
Giving you the Pilates studio experience without having to travel.
What can I expect in an ONLINE Reformer class?
Emily has always admired the classical origins of the Pilates method. There are few body strength based exercise regimes that can make you look elegant whilst building mobility, flexibility and muscle.
You can expect Emily to continually teach and take you through the principles of Pilates with plenty of the much loved classical Reformer exercises included in classes.
Emily is also a huge admirer of contemporary and athletic style Reformer Pilates. Emily believes a mix of the two is a perfect combination so you will be encouraged to increase your weights, spring tension and get your sweat on leaving you nothing sort of satisfied that you’ve gotten everything you can from your 45 minutes class.
Who is ONLINE Reformer for?
Emily prides herself on creating inclusive classes whether you are a beginner or regular - there will always be an option for you.
The Reformer looks a little daunting, however if you have one in your home then you’ve probably done a few classes. Emily is there to guide you and will continue to assess your progress when choosing exercises.
Ultimately, Emily is not in your home to assist you physically therefore you will want to be confident with your Reformer.
All exercises will be performed at your own risk, more advanced exercises will only be included if Emily thinks you are ready. The majority of the Reformer exercises carry little risk of falling.
What does my subscription give access to?
​Every week you can join Emily live for a reformer class. This will then be uploaded to the feed for you to do anytime you wish.

All live classes are saved to the feed so upon access you will be able to chose from a bank of previously recorded classes.
​
There is also extra content uploaded helping you to get the most of your classes. Hints and tips for for the best form, extra class plans and longer cool downs.
